Monitor Safety Change
- Attitudinal: are people receptive and willing to try new methods?
- Behavioral: does behavior change, are learned techniques used or strategies shown during training applied?
- Statistical: do performance measurements show significant improvement?

- Integrated response (2-6 weeks): did trainees learn and apply what was taught?
- Sustained/stabilized (2-8 months): are trainees work and home habits safer?
