Congratulations on Completing Training as a Certified MoveSMART Instructor!

Now's the time to put into action all you've learned, and become a focus for safety with your co-workers. As stressed during training, along with your newly acquired skills comes the responsibility to put the Movesmart program in place where it can most benefit your organization.

If you've been teaching for a while, to be even more effective in spreading the Movesmart safety culture, flavor these tips and ideas with your own experiences. As an instructor you should:

• Teach fellow employees in Movesmart training sessions
• Work one-on-one with co-workers, answer questions, help with technical applications, and promote a better way to work and live
• Reinforce Movesmart to keep the program alive and growing
• Focus on solutions, not complaints
• Gather and communicate ideas and concerns for improving safety
• Be honest and a positive force for change so we can all live and work safer, stronger, more in control
