Ron was recently promoted to Director of Operations for SSA. He has more than twenty years of experience in safety management, training, and as a safety consultant. Since joining SSA Ron has worked with Robert Pater to further develop our Direct Attention training for boosting attention, judgment, and decision-making skills.

Robert founded SSA and the MoveSMART® program based on his education in Organizational Development (BA) and Industrial Psychology (MA), his extensive work with corporations and organizations worldwide, and three decades of training in the martial arts (Shidare Yanagi Ryu Aikijujitsu, Wing Chun Kung Fu and others). He is a frequent conference speaker and has been published widely in a number of respected publications. He currently writes a monthly column in Occupational Health & Safety magazine.

Dan has degrees in Art and Art History and was Director of the Portland Art Museum Library before coming to work for SSA. Now he manages our website and creates the graphics that go into our materials.

As the Office Coordinator, Rochelle is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.  Rochelle manages accounts payable and receivable and may assist you in your reinforcement material order.

In her spare time, Rochelle is an active volunteer in the community, serving as a sponsor coordinator for several non- profit agencies.
